Send the entire order back if it doesn’t live up to your expectations, and we’ll issue a complete refund.
Policy for Returns and Refunds
If you get a Return Merchandise Number from us, you can return Prime Wood Pellets Ltd products within 15 business days after the date of purchase. Custom-sawn, ripped, or sanded products, as well as worn or damaged products, are NOT eligible for a refund. Please be aware that any refunds will be less a 3% restocking fee.

Shipment fees:
The cost of shipping a product back to the manufacturer is not refundable.
Refunds:
After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund in 3 business days using the same payment method as when you made the original purchase, less a 3% restocking fee.
